Compensation:

$160,000 - $220,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) Advocate for clients in impactful education and civil litigation matters Lead cases from intake through resolution, including client consultations, legal research, discovery, administrative hearings, drafting pleadings and motions, and court appearances Craft innovative and strategic litigation approaches aligned with each client’s unique goals Collaborate closely with a dedicated, compassionate legal team committed to excellence and meaningful impact

Qualifications:

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications) Juris Doctorate and active membership in good standing with the California Bar Minimum of five years of experience in civil litigation Strong experience with motion practice, depositions, hearings, and trials Exceptional analytical, research, writing, and communication skills A client-first mindset and a genuine passion for justice and advocacy
