Overview: Seeking a fellowship-trained Electrophysiologist to serve as Service Line Medical Director for Cardiovascular Services while maintaining an active clinical practice Clinical and administrative leadership role responsible for strategic planning, physician and APP development, quality improvement, program growth, and financial performance across the cardiovascular service line Collaborate with physician leaders and operational teams to optimize clinical, operational, and financial outcomes Lead development and implementation of clinical pathways, quality initiatives, and high-reliability care standards Develop performance dashboards and action plans to improve quality metrics, registry outcomes, and patient experience Participate in physician and APP recruitment, workforce planning, business development, and technology investments Build and support clinical, fellowship, education, and research programs Promote a collaborative culture focused on quality, access, innovation, and exceptional patient experiences Administrative responsibilities comprise approximately 30% of the role with 70% focused on clinical and service quality leadership Advanced degree in healthcare management and formal leadership training preferred Minimum five years of clinical experience and three years of leadership experience required
