You’ll work with a caseload consisting of three pre-kindergarten students and eight students in kindergarten through fifth grade, including one consultative assignment. Your expertise will play an essential role in helping students develop foundational skills, succeed academically, and participate fully in their school environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric OT preferred
• Strong understanding of individualized education programs (IEPs) and student documentation
• Comfort working independently and as part of a collaborative school support team
• Effective communication and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services tailored to pre-K through 5th grade students, adapting approaches as needed
• Complete assessments, develop intervention plans, and maintain timely documentation in accordance with school guidelines
• Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to promote positive student outcomes
• Provide individual or small-group interventions, as well as consultation for designated students
• Monitor progress, communicate regularly with team members, and adjust strategies as needed
