Job Title
Position Responsibilities:
- Answer motorists questions, and provide information on procedures or policies
- Receive payment by cash, check, or credit card
- Issue receipts or change due to motorists
- Daily balancing, depositing, check and cash reconciling
- Daily report preparation
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Scheduling emergency tow hearings
- Online processing of payments
- Issuing preferential parking permits
- Other duties as necessary in relation to the project and department
Requirements:
- Provide basic Customer Services
- Good mathematical skills
- Handling Money
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to operate a computer and calculator
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Able to handle complaints and unpleasant motorists
- Strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills
- Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for motorists
- Has a pleasant, patient and friendly upbeat attitude
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Able to sit/stand for extended length of time
- Be comfortable with repetition, since the job function rarely change
- Bilingual
