- We are seeking an Account Manager who excels in soft skills and can adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- The ideal candidate is highly flexible, confident in pivoting priorities without hesitation, and capable of building strong client relationships.
- The candidate must have a bachelor's degree in the business field to be considered.
- This position follows a hybrid schedule, with flexible working hours between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
- Candidates are required to work onsite in Nashville Tuesday through Thursday and must reside within a 50-mile radius of Nashville.
- This role will remain hybrid and will not transition to a fully remote position.
- Produces and secures the distribution of pricing information (electronic media and catalogs) and maintains a library of analytical programs.
- Implement pricing changes throughout the company and the customer base.
- Maintains accurate pricing data in order management and rebates systems including account setup and data verification; monitors the execution of pricing and price realization.
- Participates in and implements price adjustments; makes pricing recommendations on product variants.
- Participates in pricing improvement projects; supports various pricing analytical projects such as competitive products, market assessments, commodity cost indices, etc.
- Create reports and analysis as needed.
- Provides direct and prompt assistance to customers through various media (phone, email, fax, letter).
- Maintains confidential information and manages the use of this information appropriately.

- Support internal (sales team) and external customers (emails, voicemails, calls) Research and troubleshooting issues.

- Minimal relevant work experience required.
- College, university, or equivalent degree in Finance, Marketing, Strategy, Accounting, or related subject required.
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
- The training period will consist of five full days onsite. Once the hiring manager determines readiness, candidates will participate in a 45-minute panel interview conducted via Zoom.
