What you will do:

• Lead and oversee projects
• Mentor and support design teams
• Act as a technical design expert and advisor
• Promote sound technical design decisions
• Deliver a client experience that meets or exceeds expectations
• Share development insights with project teams
• Drive business development for existing clients and new opportunities

What you will need to be successful:

• Bachelors degree from an accredited engineering university
• 5+ years of experience
• Engineer Intern (EI) designation; Professional Engineer license preferred
