Effective digital marketing starts with understanding what people respond to and using that information to improve how a business communicates online. We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist in Washington, DC to help coordinate online initiatives, evaluate audience engagement, and support campaigns that align with wider business objectives.

This role combines content coordination, research, and performance tracking. You'll help identify opportunities to reach relevant audiences, keep digital projects organized, and use campaign information to support practical marketing decisions.

What You'll Work On

• Coordinate digital campaign activities across relevant online channels
• Research audience interests, competitor approaches, and emerging marketing trends
• Assist with developing content ideas for websites, email campaigns, and social media
• Maintain content calendars and coordinate publishing deadlines
• Review website and campaign information to identify engagement patterns
• Compile performance figures and prepare regular marketing summaries
• Help test different messaging and content approaches to understand audience responses
• Update campaign trackers and maintain accurate records of marketing activity
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather content, approvals, and campaign updates
• Check digital materials for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment
• Help organize campaign assets, creative files, and supporting documentation
• Track project deadlines and follow up on outstanding marketing tasks

Previous experience in digital marketing, communications, content coordination, social media, market research, or marketing administration is helpful. Familiarity with website analytics, email marketing platforms, content management systems, or social media tools is an advantage.

Training on internal processes and systems will be provided.
