A premier chemical manufacturing company is seeking a skilled Lead Chemical Operator to join their growing team! This is an amazing opportunity to work with a team that drives innovation across consumer markets like pharmaceuticals, food, and personal care. 
 

Schedule:

2-2-3 split rotation, 4p-4a, Training is on first shift

Type of Job:  Temp to Hire  

Location : Dayton, OH

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the team - makes sure all tasks are performed by team members and production quotas are met
• Coach team members as needed
• Assist with training new operators
• Safely operate chemical production equipment
• Manually mix chemical ingredients
• Monitor chemical processes
• Ensure products meet quality standards
• Perform routine equipment inspections
• Record production data

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of chemical operation experience
• Able to work flexible schedule
