Hybrid Community Organizer & TA Manager

CASA of Oregon

CASA of Oregon seeks a Community Organizer/Technical Assistance (TA) Manager to organize manufactured housing communities into resident-owned cooperatives (ROCs). The role trains residents to operate a cooperative and coordinates post-purchase technical assistance across CASA’s ROC portfolio.
