This role will lead mid- to large-scale commercial, institutional, and multi-family projects from concept through construction. The Senior Project Manager serves as the primary client contact and is responsible for project quality, coordination, team leadership, scheduling, and overall project delivery.QualificationsIn -office position based in Beverly, MA; candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distanceProfessional degree in Architecture from an accredited program; licensure preferred12-15 years of experience with commercial, institutional, or multi-family projectsStrong technical detailing and construction documentation skillsProficiency in Revit and Microsoft OfficeThorough understanding of building systems, construction methods, and drafting standardsExperience coordinating consultants and reviewing field conditionsStrong leadership, mentoring, organizational, and communication skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects efficientlyAuthorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorshipResponsibilitiesProject Leadership & DesignLead projects from concept through construction completionCollaborate with firm leadership to develop thoughtful, high-quality design solutionsOversee existing conditions documentation, site measurements, and early design coordinationGuide and mentor junior staff through redlines, sketching, and project oversightDocumentation & CoordinationOversee production of construction documents in Revit, including plans, elevations, sections, and detailingCoordinate with engineering and specialty consultants to ensure integrated documentationManage project documentation, code reviews, specifications, schedules, and permitting submissionsEnsure projects meet SV Design's standards for creativity, professionalism, and technical excellenceConstruction AdministrationManage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, sketches, and site visits during constructionRepresent clients during construction meetings and review pay applications and project progressMaintain accurate and organized construction records throughout the project lifecycleClient & Team ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractorsLead meetings, presentations, and project communicationManage schedules, staffing, budgets, and project resourcesSupport bidding, contractor selection, and regulatory approval processesCollaborate with firm leadership on project planning and monthly billing
