Campus Movement Practitioner

Overview The Campus Movement Practitioner role is for followers of Jesus who are ready to obey Him, abide in Christ, and commit to making reproducing disciples and planting reproducing churches. A Campus Movement Practitioner will train and equip others using the 411 discipleship tool, lead 3/3s groups, and share the gospel boldly to multiply disciples and churches across every college campus in Tampa Bay. Responsibilities Share the gospel weekly and maintain a daily abiding relationship with Jesus. Gather 2–4 committed individuals to form a 3/3s group or church start. Teach and train others how to use the 411 discipleship tool. Start at least one 3/3s group and help it multiply. Pray fervently and be teachable, faithful, and available. Give the Kingdom away and support local strategy coordinators. Qualifications Follower of Christ with an active, abiding relationship with the Lord. Surrendered obedience and willingness to share the gospel frequently. Can work voluntarily full‑time, or part‑time/volunteer as needed. Ready to lead, train, and mentor others in disciple‑making.
