Financial Analyst II
Location: Tulsa, OK
Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: Starting at $68,390/year

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst II to support financial planning and analysis for assigned entities. This role will analyze budgets, forecasts, financial results, and variances while providing actionable financial insights to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Perform actual-to-budget variance analysis and identify trends and opportunities.
• Support annual operating budget preparation and planning.
• Perform grant-related financial analysis, reporting, accounting, and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly general ledger reconciliations and journal entries.
• Research and resolve financial discrepancies.
• Present complex financial analysis to management and service line leaders.
• Support month-end and financial close activities.
• Serve as a finance resource for departmental leaders.
• Participate in financial projects and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field ; Accounting preferred.
• 2+ years of related financial experience ; 5–7 years preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and variance analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to make recommendations to leadership.
• CPA preferred.
• Experience with Epic or Workday preferred.
• PowerPoint skills are a plus.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM , with some flexibility required.
