Quantum Enterprises, one of the most respected commercial carpentry teams in the Louisville area, is hiring for an experienced Carpenter who takes pride in precision work and wants consistent, year-round hours with a tight-knit crew. This is a rare opportunity.
Quantum specializes in doors, frames, hardware, and Division 8 & 10 installations. They are hiring two skilled Carpenters to support their growing pipeline.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Location: Job sites across Louisville metro (paid travel for occasional out-of-town work)

What You'll Be Doing
- Hanging commercial doors and installing frames/jambs
- Installing hardware (closers, panic bars, locks, etc.)
- Division 10 installs (toilet partitions, accessories, dispensers)
- Reading plans and ensuring openings are square and level
- Working alongside a Lead Carpenter on commercial job sites
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of carpentry experience (commercial experience is a must)
- Experience with doors, frames, hardware, or finish carpentry
- Ability to lift up to 125 lbs (doors, materials)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- OSHA 10+ preferred (OSHA 30 is a plus!)
