Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM (2nd Shift)

We are hiring experienced Reach Truck Operators to join a busy warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating a reach truck in a fast-paced distribution or warehouse environment and be comfortable with both equipment operation and general warehouse duties.

Job Duties

• Safely operate a reach truck to move, put away, and retrieve product
• Load and unload pallets and accurately place product into designated rack locations
• Use an RF scanner to scan, locate, and track inventory
• Pick and stage orders for shipment
• Perform general warehouse duties as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Inspect equipment before use and report any safety or maintenance concerns
• Meet productivity and accuracy expectations

Requirements

• Previous reach truck experience required
• Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently
• RF scanner experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working at heights
• Reliable attendance and transportation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Must be safety-minded and able to follow written and verbal instructions
• Forklift/reach certification preferred

What You Will Do


As a Reach Forklift Operator you will safely operate reach truck equipment to move, store, retrieve, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse. You will load and unload materials, replenish storage locations, support order picking, perform equipment inspections, maintain inventory accuracy, and follow established warehouse safety procedures while helping keep products moving efficiently through daily operations.
