Insurance Professionals of Arizona is looking for an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a licensed insurance professional who enjoys working with clients, building relationships, and helping people make smart decisions about their coverage. What You’ll Do: Manage and service an existing book of Personal Lines clients Handle renewals, policy changes, billing questions, claims, and endorsements Identify coverage gaps and cross-selling opportunities Help clients with home, auto, umbrella, recreational vehicles, life insurance, and other coverage needs Build strong relationships through proactive communication and follow-up Identify referral and new business opportunities Maintain accurate client records and assist with new client onboarding What We’re Looking For: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License – REQUIRED 1+ year of insurance experience – REQUIRED Strong communication and customer service skills Organized with excellent follow-through Proactive, dependable, and comfortable talking with clients Able to work full-time from our Mesa office Our goal isn't simply to service policies. We want our Account Managers to become trusted advisors who build long-term relationships with their clients. Salary: $45,000–$60,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
