Registered Nurse - Pediatrics

Job Summary • Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric RN to provide high-quality care to children and adolescents • Responsible for assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and supporting families through clinical care • Ideal for candidates with a strong clinical background and a passion for pediatric health Key Responsibilities • Assess medical needs of pediatric patients and provide appropriate initial care • Deliver comprehensive care for children and adolescents across a variety of medical conditions • Collaborate with families to manage chronic or acute conditions and support treatment plans • Perform clinical procedures including lab draws, vaccine administration, hearing tests, and vision screenings • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality care standards in all interactions • Work with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate effective care delivery • Float to other clinic locations as needed to support patient care demands Required Qualifications • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Strong clinical judgment and effective communication with pediatric patients and their families Preferred Qualifications • Prior experience in pediatric or family health settings is a plus Certifications • Active RN License for the state of MA Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification • Flu and COVID-19 vaccinations are mandatory Email ID * This field is required Please enter valid emailId.
