Regional Sales Manager

A Regional Sales Manager required to lead sales growth across a Northeast territory. This is a high-impact, commercially focused role covering New York City, Upstate New York, and New England through Maine, with responsibility for managing rep agencies, channel partners, distributors, and contractor relationships. The Ideal candidate will be a proven sales professional in the Valves, Flow Control or Actuator / Actuation space and will have experience selling through distribution, rep agencies and contractors. They also must be based in New England / Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island or Vermont. Package: $135,000 - $150,000 Bonus Company vehicle 401k Role for Regional Sales Manager: Manage and grow sales across the Northeast region, including New York City, Upstate New York, and New England through Maine. Oversee and support rep agencies in the region. Directly manage and develop the New England territory. Build strong relationships with mechanical contractors, plumbing contractors, distributors, wholesalers, and channel partners. Drive contractor-level demand and pull sales through the distribution network. Identify growth opportunities across commercial, industrial, plumbing, mechanical, and construction markets. Provide technical and commercial support around the product portfolio. Work closely with internal leadership on regional strategy, pricing, quoting, forecasting, and profitability. Maintain strong market intelligence, including competitor activity, customer needs, and new project opportunities. Based in New England Requirements for Regional Sales Manager: Proven sales experience within valves, flow control or actuators Strong knowledge of distribution-led sales channels. Experience working with mechanical contractors, plumbing contractors, wholesalers, and rep agencies. Ability to manage independent reps and channel partners effectively.
