Senior Manager, Womens Site Merchandising & Growth

J.Crew is seeking a Senior Manager, Site Merchandising to own a defined Women’s Apparel portfolio on site and app, driving sales, margin, and conversion. You’ll translate the Director’s plan into weekly operating rhythms and work with Merchandising, Planning, Finance, Creative, and Product, Tech, and Data Science to improve revenue and engagement.
