Senior Ecommerce & Marketing Manager

Our client, a luxury jewelry brand, is seeking a Senior Ecommerce & Marketing Manager to support the growth and execution of its digital business!

Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the day-to-day ecommerce experience, ensuring the site is accurate, engaging, on-brand, and easy to navigate.
- Oversee site merchandising, product content, collections, navigation, and key digital updates.
- Support ecommerce initiatives tied to product launches, promotions, seasonal moments, and broader marketing campaigns.
- Monitor site, email, and SMS performance and use data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage email and SMS campaigns, including briefs, content, segmentation, scheduling, testing, and reporting.
- Coordinate ecommerce photography and digital asset needs across product and marketing initiatives.
- Manage relationships and projects with developers, agencies, creative partners, and other external vendors.
- Prioritize and oversee site updates, enhancements, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, Sales, Inventory, and other teams to execute digital initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion, customer experience, product discovery, and overall digital performance.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Shopify Plus and Klaviyo,
- Strong understanding of ecommerce merchandising, conversion optimization, UX, and customer journey.
- Analytical mindset and strong project management skills.
- Experience working with developers, agencies, creative partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Luxury, fine jewelry, or high-touch retail experience strongly preferred.
Full Time On Site.
Salary: $100k - $120k commensurate with experience
