Fanatics is seeking a Senior Manager, eCommerce Strategy & Operations to own the commercial strategy for Shop & Ticketing within the Fanatics app. You will drive initiatives from strategy to execution, leveraging analytics to improve acquisition, engagement, and repeat purchases. The role requires 7+ years in digital commerce or related fields, a Bachelor’s degree, and the ability to commute to NYC three days a week.
