Role:

\n

At The Value Builders, a Senior Account Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating client projects from inception through completion. You’ll oversee estimates and budgets while establishing timelines and meeting schedules for the team. You’re eager to learn and absorb things like a sponge.

\n

\n

Responsibilities:

\n

• Work with supervisor to prepare status reports and contact reports for internal and client distribution

\n

• Monitor and follow up with all aspects of tactical development

\n

• Communicate appropriate client direction to the creative team for project implementation

\n

• Develop and maintain production plans and timelines for the agency team

\n

• Prepare estimates and approve all invoices for jobs, circulating to the client for appropriate approvals

\n

• Regularly track budgets and ensure accurate monthly billing

\n

• Assist in creating agency POVs and help prepare for client presentations

\n

• Participate in the creative development process by attending creative meetings, coordinating

\n

activities and providing feedback for revisions when necessary

\n

• Maintain and update competitive materials, providing updates and implications to internal and client

\n

team as appropriate

\n

• Develop good working relationships with agency team members and client departments (i.e.,

\n

regulatory, production, editorial).

\n

• Begin to mentor junior account staff, providing support when needed

\n

• Ensure adherence to internal agency policies and procedures

\n

\n

Requirements

\n

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field

\n

• 2+ years Agency or related healthcare/pharmaceutical experience required

\n

• Market Access experience preferred

\n

• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills

\n

• Strong writing and effective communication skills

\n

• Ability to work well within a team

\n

• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

\n
