As the first person our patients and families meet, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and families with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist with patient questions
• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments
• Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed
• Manage patient flow and support daily front office operations
• Provide outstanding customer service to every patient and family
• Work collaboratively with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure an exceptional patient experience

Qualifications

• Previous dental office experience is required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Positive attitude with a willingness to work as part of a team
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced pediatric dental environment
• A genuine passion for working with children and their families
