About the Role

As a Patient Coordinator , you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring they receive professional and compassionate service from check-in to check-out . This role is essential in maintaining a welcoming and efficient office environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients with professionalism and warmth
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and appointment scheduling
• Process insurance authorizations and billing accurately
• Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area
• Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner
• Ensure a positive patient experience at every interaction

 

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Team-oriented approach with a commitment to professionalism
• High school diploma or equivalent required (Medical billing/coding experience is a plus)
• CPSS certification is preferred but can be earned on the job
