Sea Mar Community Health Centers está buscando un Asistente Médico - Certificado (MA-C) para apoyar a los proveedores en la prestación de atención primaria de alta calidad y centrada en el paciente. Calificaciones Graduado de un programa de maestría aprobado. Licencia MA-C actual (o MA-Interina con certificación en 90 días) Se requiere BLS/CPR (o dentro de 90 días) Se preferirán experiencia en atención ambulatoria. Se prefiere encarecidamente ser bilingüe en inglés/español. Responsabilidades Atender a los pacientes en la sala, obtener historias clínicas y signos vitales. Rastrear y documentar las medidas de calidad clínica en el EHR. Asistir a los proveedores con exámenes, procedimientos y registros. Administrar medicamentos e inmunizaciones según el protocolo. Coordinar laboratorios, referencias y atención especializada. Proporcionar un excelente servicio al cliente utilizando el modelo AIDET. Responsable de coordinar y facilitar las actividades de atención al paciente según se asignen a los proveedores. Esta posición puede rotar a otros, flotar o trasladarse.
