Job TitleLocation: Within a 2-hour drive of The Thousand Islands, Lake Ontario shoreline, the Adirondack Mountains, and world-class skiing at Lake Placid. Montreal and Ottawa are just 2-3 hours away, offering easy access to Canadian destinations.ResponsibilitiesMaintain cone and jaw crushers, crusher screens, conveyor belts, rollers, and drive units.Rebuild and service industrial slurry pumps.Perform welding, fabrication, and pipe fitting tasks as required.Adhere to MSHA and company safety regulations to ensure a secure working environment.Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs.Collaborate with the mill crew to support continued production.Work standard hours (Monday–Friday), with flexibility for troubleshooting and projects as needed.Carry out other reasonable duties as assigned.QualificationsFamiliarity with rod and ball milling is a plus.Strong understanding of mechanical principles and industrial machinery.Proficiency in using various hand tools, welding equipment, and diagnostic tools.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Physical strength and endurance to handle heavy equipment.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings is an advantage.Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and stay organized.Industrial experience is preferred.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.Must-Have SkillsExperience with rod and ball milling.Strong knowledge of mechanical principles and industrial equipment.Proficiency with hand tools, welding equipment, and diagnostics.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.Physical endurance to handle heavy machinery.Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.Nice-to-Have SkillsIndustrial experience preferred.Additional Information401K Retirement Plan with an additional employer contribution of 5% of gross wages weeklyExcellus Medical Plan with low employee contributionFREE Vision, Dental, and Life InsurancePaid Vacation, Holidays, and Sick Time Off
