We’re a well-established staffing firm (20+ years strong) with a reputation for delivering real results—not resumes. Our team partners closely with clients to build customized hiring solutions, and we’re growing.
Now we’re looking for a true hunter —someone who knows how to open doors, win business, and build lasting client relationships.
The Role
This is a hybrid Account Executive position focused on driving new business and expanding client partnerships. While Accounting & Finance is a core focus, we’re open to strong performers from other staffing verticals who know how to produce.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Hunt, pitch, and win new business
- Build and scale your own book of business
- Strengthen and expand existing client relationships
- Partner with recruiters to deliver top-tier talent
- Consistently hit (and exceed) revenue goals

What You Bring
- 2+ years in staffing (Account Executive, Account Manager, or full-desk/360 recruiter)
- Experience in Accounting & Finance or another vertical with proven success
- Track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Confidence building a desk from scratch
- Strong ATS/CRM + LinkedIn usage
