Pony Express HQ is a mobile marketing automation company that specializes in messaging channels like SMS and Facebook Messenger. Founded in 2017 and based in California, we are a fast‑growing startup building the next‑generation smart marketing automation solution for messaging platforms. Responsibilities Perform on‑page, off‑page, and technical SEO tasks and analyze performance via Google Analytics and SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Semrush, and Ahrefs. Generate, optimize, and analyze Google Ads campaigns. Improve and execute social media strategy through competitive analysis and audience research. Generate, edit, and publish content including text, images, and short videos. Brainstorm creative marketing concepts to attract users to try our product. Coordinate with remote team members across time zones. Qualifications Fluency in English. Positive attitude, detail‑oriented, customer‑oriented, multitasking and organizational skills. Strong desire to learn and execute in a startup environment. Quick learner, self‑starter who can work independently and handle additional assignments as needed. Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills. Design background. Desired (Nice to have) Social networking experience and familiarity with social analytics tools. Knowledge of online marketing and major marketing channels. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations. Benefits Great friendly team members.
