Position Type Part Time Pay Rate $24.84 / Hour Job Schedule DayTime Mon 12:00 AM - 08:30 AM Tue 12:00 AM - 08:30 AM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by following site‑specific procedures, access guidelines, and other security‑related policies within a technology‑focused location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate. Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout buildings, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor entrances, exits, and other sensitive areas, checking credentials and observing activity to support authorized access and report concerns to the appropriate personnel. Assist with emergency response activities, including following post orders, directing people during unusual events, and completing required incident and activity reports. Minimum Requirements Possess at least 6 months of security‑related experience. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Be comfortable using a computer or tablet. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
