Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a residential location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support residents and guests with strong customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with property management and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential community, including common areas, parking areas, building exteriors, and perimeter locations, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and observe community activity to help to deter trespassing, disturbances, and/or policy violations while maintaining a professional presence.
• Support property operations by reporting maintenance-related concerns, lighting issues, unsecured doors or gates, and other observed conditions that could impact residents, visitors, and/or staff.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• CPR and/or First Aid experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
