The position is an 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. shift, Monday through Friday. What You Will Do As a Coca‑Cola Beverages Florida Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for existing business development and customer relationships. The SAM increases business by selling additional brands and packages within their sales territory’s customer base while working across all sales channels on a specified cyclical route. Roles and Responsibilities Selling products and displays to customers following prescribed sales priorities. Regularly performing primary duties in the field and visiting customer accounts away from a company facility. Building and maintaining profitable customer relationships. Executing and closing all sales calls. Selling incremental displays, equipment placements, and contractual agreements to customers; driving promotional programs and ensuring dealer compliance. Reviewing business results with customers. Driving innovation brands into the market via the existing customer base. Utilizing tools and the sales process to grow in‑outlet execution. Ensuring company assets meet performance requirements and developing action plans for under‑performing assets. Ensuring outlets comply with Coca‑Cola Beverages Florida standards. Communicating account activities to appropriate parties. Conducting merchandising and rotation inspections. Resolving customer inquiries, including researching and closing service tickets. Transporting, replacing, and maintaining point‑of‑sale advertising as needed. Maintaining regular and punctual attendance. Working overtime as assigned. Complying with all company policies, procedures, and applicable laws. Identifying and reporting unsafe working conditions. Complying with dress code or appearance/grooming standards. Working shifts and schedules as assigned. For This Role, You Will Need High School or GED (General Education Diploma) At least one year of general work experience. Ability to create and conduct sales presentations, including overcoming objections. Ability to use and understand mobile applications. Capacity to work a variable schedule, including weekends and holidays. Valid driver’s license and currently maintained vehicle liability insurance. Driving record free of major moving violations in the last three years. Personal vehicle for use during employee working hours. Frequent lifting of 25+ pounds; occasional lifting of 50+ pounds, along with bending, reaching, kneeling, and light merchandising. Ability to read information in small, medium, and large print. Ability to stand a minimum of six hours during the workday. Ability to walk a minimum of four miles during the workday. *Major moving violations include, but are not limited to, leaving the scene of an accident, driving under the influence, and reckless driving. Minor moving violations include, but are not limited to, speeding, driving too close, failure to stop, and improper lane changes. Driving records, including minor moving violations, are evaluated according to Coca‑Cola Beverages Florida guidelines to determine eligibility for the Sales Account Manager position. Additional Qualifications That Will Make You Successful Bachelor’s degree or 3–4 year college/university degree preferred. One or more years of prior sales experience preferred. Food/beverage industry experience preferred. Minimum age of 18 years. Strong attention to detail and follow‑up skills. Excellent planning and organization skills. Proficiency in computer applications.
