Financial Project Coordinator

Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support a large-scale capital project program. This role will focus heavily on project financial management, including budgets, forecasting, invoices, pay applications, financial reporting, and project controls. The ideal candidate will bring a strong financial foundation combined with the organizational and communication skills necessary to support project managers, leadership, and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Experience supporting construction, capital, facilities, or owner-side projects Background as a Project Accountant, Construction Accountant, Project Financial Analyst, Project Controls Coordinator, Cost Analyst, or similar role Experience with contract administration, procurement, or construction project documentation Exposure to ERP systems such as Oracle or similar financial management platforms Experience using eBuilder/Trimble, Smartsheet, and/or Bluebeam Experience supporting large-scale capital improvement, healthcare, or facilities programs Understanding of project funding structures, budget forecasting, and cost management processes Experience coordinating activities across multiple project teams and stakeholders Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Construction Management, or a related field Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
