Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Renewed Horizons Counseling, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for clients, focusing on their unique needs and challenges.

• Providing therapy sessions for couples and families while also engaging in individual therapy when necessary.
\n
• Addressing complex issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, communication difficulties, and adjustment challenges related to separation and divorce.
\n
• Employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to achieve client goals and monitor progress during treatment.
\n
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and continuity of service delivery.
\n
• Maintaining detailed records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will impact a diverse range of clients, including adults, children, and adolescents grappling with various mental health issues. Common areas of focus will include family dynamics, blended family concerns, job stress, and conflicts stemming from personal and cultural transitions. You will play a vital role in guiding clients through life’s complexities and fostering a supportive therapeutic environment.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Current and active LMFT license in the state of Massachusetts.
\n
• A strong commitment to clinical excellence and a passion for patient care.

• Proven experience in providing therapeutic support in various formats (individual, couples, and family therapy).

Compensation and Benefits\n
