Customer Experience & Operations Coordinator (Temporary)

Reports To Office Manager / Operations Director Key Responsibilities Customer Experience Monitor Gorgias inbox and escalated tickets. Respond to customer concerns requiring supervisor approval. Resolve complaints while maintaining a high satisfaction score. Support SMS and email customer communications. Escalate issues requiring leadership approval. Answer all Instagram DMs relating to Orders, Returns/Exchanges, Sizing Questions. Order Management Review Shopify orders. Process order cancellations and edits. Create draft orders and discount codes as requested. Process chargebacks and submit supporting evidence. Returns Management Monitor Loop return statuses. Assist customers with return inquiries. Approve exceptions to return policies when appropriate. Process manual refunds when necessary. Review return analytics and identify trends. Coordinate with 3PL regarding expedited orders. Research shipping issues in Blastramp. Investigate & Flag SKU discrepancies between Shopify and 3PL. Sale & Launch Support Prepare customer service team for major sales.
