B2B Sales Representative (Miami)

The Other is seeking a highly motivated, outgoing, and ambitious B2B Sales Representative to help grow our presence across South Florida's hospitality industry.

This is not a desk job. We are looking for someone who loves being out in the city, building relationships face-to-face, and introducing people to an incredible product they can genuinely stand behind.

About The Other

The Other is a premium ceremonial-grade matcha brand sourced from Uji, Japan. We have partnered with leading hotels, restaurants, wellness brands, luxury events, and hospitality groups, and are rapidly expanding throughout South Florida and beyond.

The Role

You will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing new wholesale accounts across South Florida. This includes cafés, coffee shops, restaurants, hotels, fitness studios, country clubs, and other hospitality venues.

You will spend much of your time visiting locations in person, introducing The Other, delivering samples, conducting tastings, and building relationships with decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify new wholesale opportunities throughout South Florida

• Visit cafés, restaurants, hotels, and hospitality venues in person

• Introduce potential partners to The Other and our product offerings

• Conduct product tastings and sample drop-offs

• Build relationships with owners, operators, beverage directors, chefs, and purchasing managers

• Follow up consistently via email, phone, and in-person visits

• Manage and update sales pipeline activity

• Negotiate and close new wholesale partnerships

• Collaborate with the marketing and events team on activations and launches

• Represent The Other professionally at events, tastings, and industry gatherings

Requirements

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Comfortable approaching businesses and initiating conversations

• Self-starter who can work independently and manage their own schedule

• Organized, persistent, and results-driven

• Passion for hospitality, food & beverage, wellness, or luxury brands

• Must be based in Miami and have reliable transportation

Compensation

Base salary + commission structure based on new account acquisition and ongoing account performance.
