As a core component of the company’s evolving enterprise operating model, this role focuses on proactive client risk identification and mitigation, providing proactive visibility into data-driven client risk indicators and improvement opportunities across a broad portfolio of accounts. Client Success leaders support portfolios of approximately 55-60 accounts with focus dedicated to a limited number (~10) of large, strategic, or important accounts determined by leadership.Provides strategic vision and direction, leading organization or its business function. Oversees area of responsibility, directing the responsibilities of employees. Holds management accountability for a business, division, major geography, corporate function or major corporate sub-function. Develops, establishes and approves long-term vision and strategy for the area managed. Goal achievement is typically accomplished through performance of direct and / or indirect reports. The scope of responsibility includes the entire organization and / or selected line of business / business entity.Pay Range: $156230  - $202180 Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salaryWhat’s in it for youLead high-visibility projects that influence organizational performance and outcomes.Drive efficiency across planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management activities.Act as an independent client advocate focused on maximizing client health, value realization, and retention outcomes.Partner with Operations and Account Management to improve client health and outcomes through retention risk mitigation, continuous improvement efforts, cross-functional coordination and best practice deployment across accounts.What you’ll bring Demonstrated success managing complex client relationships and driving client targeted success outcomes. Experience partnering with senior operational, account management and financial stakeholders. Proven track record of driving client success strategies and retention planning support.Experience leading project teams and guiding execution aligned with policy and strategy.Background managing project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk assessment activities.Proven success delivering results through cross-functional and cross-divisional collaboration.Results-focused approach supporting both tactical execution and short-term operational priorities.RequirementsEducation Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceRelated Experience: 5-10 years of experience in operations, customer success, account leadership, or client service roles.What we offerCompensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
