Director of Women’s Basketball Operations Position number: 012301. Open to all candidates. Designation: EHRA Non-Faculty. Permanent full‑time with 40 hours per week. Salary range: $54,249 - $55,000. Location: ATAC. Work schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with nights and weekends as required. Department and Mission The Athletics Department at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte operates within the university’s educational programs, supporting student-athletes academically, athletically and socially while upholding the highest ethical standards of the university, NCAA, and conference affiliation. Position Purpose Provide an environment where student athletes can succeed both academically and athletically in women’s basketball. Summary of Responsibilities Organize and coordinate all team travel. Manage equipment, game scheduling, and supervise managers. Assist with on-campus visits. Minimum Education and Experience Undergraduate degree. Working knowledge of the game of basketball and NCAA rules and regulations. Excellent computer and organizational skills. Preferred Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Previous experience working in an intercollegiate basketball setting.
