Clinical Sales Account Manager - Sioux Falls, SD or Minneapolis, MN

Baxter seeks a Clinical Sales Account Manager to drive revenue and build relationships with healthcare providers across a multi-state territory. The role involves developing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver comprehensive medical device solutions.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue attainment by developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies for assigned accounts
- Conduct contract negotiations with customers to finalize sales and meet product revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal sales and service partners to serve shared accounts effectively
- Lead customer business reviews and collect outcomes data to demonstrate return on investment
- Travel throughout assigned territory and attend regional/national meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 4+ years sales experience or 8+ years relevant sales background
- 4+ years validated healthcare product sales experience preferred
- Capital or durable medical equipment sales experience, or 3 years hospital leadership experience
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to travel up to 75% with overnight stays
- Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Compensation: $80,000-$85,000 base, plus Sales Incentive Plan eligibility
