Assistant Clinic DirectorWe are hiring an Assistant Clinic Director to support the management and daily operations of our clinic, while delivering high-quality intravenous vitamin infusion services. This role combines clinical expertise with leadership responsibilities. You will assist in overseeing staff, ensuring excellent client care, maintaining compliance standards, and supporting overall clinic performance. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in both client care and team development.What You'll Do:Clinical Care & Client ExperienceAdminister IV therapies, including starting IVs and monitoring treatments Ensure client safety, comfort, and overall well-being throughout services Document client interactions, treatments, and responses accurately Provide education to clients regarding therapies and wellness servicesClinic Operations & SupportAct as a backup point of contact for the Clinic Director Ensure compliance with clinical standards, policies, and regulations Complete required training related to nutrition infusion therapies Support daily clinic operations and workflow efficiencyTeam Leadership & DevelopmentAssist in hiring, onboarding, and developing staff Train and educate team members on procedures and client care Lead, motivate, and influence staff to meet performance goals Foster a positive, high-performance team culturePerformance ManagementMonitor and document staff performance in partnership with HR Support coaching, goal setting, and career development Identify high-performing employees for growth opportunities Assist in conflict resolution and team managementCulture & AccountabilityMaintain a culture of trust, respect, and professionalism Lead by example with strong ethical and professional standards Promote positivity, resilience, and accountability within the teamQualifications:Associate's Degree or completion of an Accredited Paramedic Program Current and active RN license requiredExperience:Minimum 2 years of vascular access or infusion experience Minimum 2 years of leadership or management experienceTechnical Knowledge:Microsoft Office Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems Anatomy, medical terminology, and clinical practicesSkills and Attributes:Excellent written and verbal communication High level of customer service and client care Leadership and team development skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability Time management and organizational skills Self-motivated and able to work independently A plus - Social media marketing experience and/or interests Adaptability, resilience, and professionalismWorking Conditions:8–10 hour shifts, Monday through Friday 1–2 Saturdays per month required (based on staffing) Clinic environment with climate control and adequate lightingIs this Role for You?A hands-on leader who enjoys both client care and team development Someone who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment A professional who values structure, accountability, and cultureWhat This Role Is Not ForSomeone who prefers non-clinical or administrative-only roles Someone uncomfortable managing people or performance Someone who struggles with multitasking in a client-facing environment
