• Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (weekday onsite; call 7-10 days/month, including after-hours and weekends)

• Licenses/Certifications: CA Medical License (willing to consider BC or BE providers within 3 years)
• Experience: Prior urology experience preferred, focus on female urology and pelvic floor reconstruction

Pay & Benefits

What You'll Do

• Provide specialized urology care focusing on female urology and pelvic floor reconstruction
• Conduct patient consultations and diagnostic evaluations
• Develop and implement treatment plans for pelvic floor disorders
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care
• Participate in call coverage as required, including after-hours and weekend callbacks
• Educate patients on treatment options and preventive care
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with healthcare protocols

What You Need
Required:

• Medical license in California
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Urology (within 3 years)
• Experience or focus in female urology and pelvic floor reconstruction
• Strong clinical skills and patient-focused approach

Preferred:

• Prior experience in a similar outpatient or hospital setting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
