Urologist

We are seeking a urologist with a focus on female urology and pelvic floor reconstruction. The role involves working in a clinic setting across from a hospital. On-call responsibilities may include approximately 7-10 days per month. Beeper call is required, with onsite presence during weekday work hours (7am-5pm). Physicians will be called back to the hospital after 5pm or on weekends on average 3-5 times per week. Providers must be willing to obtain a California medical license. The position entails managing 20-25 patient encounters per shift. A minimum of 90 to 120 days is estimated for credentialing. Required skills include:

• General urology
• Laparoscopic surgeries
• Ureteroscopy
• Radical prostatectomy
• Nephrectomy
• Pelvic node dissection
• Adrenalectomy
• Renal and bladder ultrasound with biopsy
• TRUS biopsies
• Incontinence procedures
• Penile prosthesis
• Extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL)
