Contracts AdministratorOur client, a multidisciplinary private architecture firm, is seeking a Contracts Administrator to coordinate client and consultant agreements. This position will help maintain accurate contract records, support risk management, and ensure commercial requirements are addressed throughout each engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesReview contracts for commercial terms, insurance requirements, and administrative completeness.Coordinate client agreements, consultant contracts, amendments, and renewals.Maintain contract files, approval records, templates, and tracking systems.Monitor execution status, expiration dates, and outstanding documentation.Coordinate certificates of insurance and other contractual requirements.Support project teams with contract interpretation and procedural questions.Identify unusual terms and escalate potential risks for appropriate review.Assist with audits, compliance reporting, and process improvements.Coordinate with finance regarding fees, payment terms, and approved scope changes.
