Job Title: Licensed Vocational | Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN) Location: Portland, OR (97210) Duration: 13 Week with possible extension Schedule: M-F | 8:00 AM – 5:15 PM | 40hr/week Job Summary The LVN/LPN will support the onboarding of new members by conducting intake processes, scheduling care, and coordinating healthcare services within Kaiser’s system. Responsibilities Conduct new member onboarding questionnaires Schedule PCP appointments Assign members to PCP panels Coordinate referrals to departments (dental, specialty, etc.) Provide support for member service needs Maintain accurate records and documentation Requirements Active OR and WA LPN/LVN license BLS certification Strong communication and coordination skills Experience in patient interaction or outpatient setting preferred 4.
