Do you have at least 3 years of Swiss CNC machining experience and experience setting up and operating Swiss-style CNC lathes? This Direct Hire Swiss Turning Machinist opportunity could be a great fit for you!

This growing precision manufacturing company produces custom-machined metal components for customers across a variety of industries. They offer a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where quality, continuous improvement, and craftsmanship are valued. In this role, you'll set up, operate, troubleshoot, and optimize Swiss CNC machines to manufacture precision parts that meet customer specifications. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced machinist looking to take ownership of their work and contribute to a growing organization.

Swiss Turning Machinist Duties:

• Set up and operate Swiss-style CNC turning machines
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions
• Edit and optimize CNC programs as needed to improve production efficiency
• Perform inspections using precision measuring instruments to ensure quality standards are met
• Troubleshoot machining and quality issues while supporting production goals

Schedule:

• Day Shift
• Monday-Thursday 6a-4:30p

Pay:

• $30+ based on experience

Swiss Turning Machinist Requirements:

• At least 3 years of Swiss CNC machining experience
• Experience with Citizen, Star, Tsugami, or similar Swiss machines
• Strong understanding of G-code programming and machine setup
• Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T
• Experience using micrometers, calipers, indicators, and other inspection equipment
