Resident Services Coordinator

at our hi-rise community in Perrysville to help our senior residents connect with essential community resources so they can safely and comfortably "age in place." What We Offer our Resident Services Coordinator:

Resident Advocacy:

Guide residents on Medicare, Medicaid, and local social services. Community Outreach:

Partner with healthcare providers to coordinate care and discharge transitions. Events & Engagement:

Plan educational workshops, classes, and community events. Communication:

Draft monthly newsletters, flyers, and resident welcome packets. Documentation:

Keep clear, confidential resident records and interaction logs. Qualifications of the Resident Services Coordinator:

Degree in Social Work (or related field) preferred, or equivalent experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a "people-first" mindset. Ability to build trust with seniors while maintaining professional boundaries. Proficient with basic computer software and reporting tools. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Must pass a background check and drug screening.
