Boutique litigation firm in Alamo seeks a polished Legal Assistant / Office Manager to support California civil litigation matters. Contract-to-hire opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Prepare pleadings, discovery, and filings
- Manage calendars and deadlines
- Handle California e-filings
- Prepare trial materials
- Maintain case files
Qualifications
- California civil litigation experience required
- California e-filing experience required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Compensation & Schedule
- Approximately $36 - $41 per hour, depending on experience
- Primarily onsite in Alamo
Salary Range: $36/hr - $41/hour
