Service Manager

Overview Service Managers at Terminix lead and motivate local Pest Technician Teams to deliver outstanding service. They manage daily operations in local branches, ensuring efficient routes, high customer satisfaction, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Responsibilities Monitor branch scheduling and ensure pest tech routes are successfully completed. Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards are met or exceeded. Respond to customer concerns, including resolving cancellation requests. Inspect and evaluate the performance of Pest Technicians. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of pest control products. Facilitate continual training of local sales and service teams. Qualifications Associate’s degree (four‑year degree highly desirable). Valid driver’s license from state of residence. 1–2 years of related experience (helpful, not required). Willingness to relocate (highly desirable). Effective leadership and motivational skills. Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and presenting. Problem‑solving ability and practical solution orientation. Rapport building with customers and employees. Attention to detail and safety awareness. Basic/intermediate math aptitude for sales and service calculations. Comfortable working outside and in confined spaces such as crawl spaces and attics.
