International Support Specialist

Responsibilities Provide customer service and internal employee service related to foreign exchange, foreign wire transfers, and hedging contracts. Generate daily and monthly reports for the foreign exchange portfolio, monitor metrics, and measure performance. Collaborate with portfolio FX Traders to resolve issues or discrepancies. Handle back‑office functionalities of the FX platform, including settlements, confirmations, reconciliations, customer inquiries, new‑customer onboarding, and related systems. Input and manage daily FX rates into the online banking platform. Maintain the dedicated FX portal, provide demonstrations, perform maintenance, onboarding, and customer service. Process outgoing and incoming foreign wire payments. Resolve client inquiries, transaction activity issues, and wire investigations in a timely manner. Process daily journal entries and monthly e‑certifications of Nostro, general ledgers, and miscellaneous accounts. Demonstrate compliance with all bank regulations, keep up‑to‑date on regulatory changes, follow bank policies and procedures, and complete required training. Maintain knowledge of bank policies related to BSA, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security, and other applicable regulations. Coach, mentor, and train others as a subject‑matter expert when requested. Embrace the corporate culture and act as a positive example to others. Qualifications High school diploma or GED (preferred). 1‑3 years of banking or operations experience, preferably in foreign exchange operations (required). Strong knowledge of banking and/or international products and services. Excellent phone and customer‑service skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Well organized, accurate, with strong attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight timelines. Basic PC skills, including Microsoft Office suite, SWIFT, and foreign exchange platforms. Occasional travel required. Compensation & Location Pay range: $20.22 – $33.69 per hour. The role may qualify for performance‑based incentive compensation. Primary location: 5210 74th Street W, Lakewood, WA 98499. Ability to work fully onsite at the posted location.
