Part Time Bookkeeper

Part Time Bookkeeper - Providence, RI Beacon Hill was founded to set a new standard in search, career placement and flexible staffing. Our client, a small manufacturing organization, is seeking a Bookkeeper to support day-to-day accounting and administrative operations. This role will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing routine accounting transactions, supporting reporting activities, and assisting with general office functions. Responsibilities Maintain financial records and perform day-to-day bookkeeping activities. Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other accounting transactions. Reconcile accounts and assist with maintaining accurate general ledger data. Prepare financial reports and support periodic close activities. Support communication with external accounting partners and service providers. Perform general office and administrative duties, including managing correspondence and assisting with special projects. Provide operational support as needed in a collaborative office environment. Qualifications 2+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, or related experience.
