Payroll Analyst

Position: Payroll Analyst (Remote Role)
Location: Providence Rhode Island 02906
Timing: (M-F 8:30am - 5:00pm), 7.5 hrs./day

Job description:

Facilities is part of a union - they just had contract negotiations and need to process retro wages for associates.
This project needs 2 FT associates but will consider someone on a PT schedule.

Job Responsibilities:

Will look at historical data of payroll and rates
Need to understand contract and rates
# of employees needing retro pay is between 325-350
Must look at back and do spreadsheet analysis
Need someone advanced in Excel/google sheets
Payroll experience would be preferred along with a BS degree
Need attention to detail and not afraid to ask questions
Provide checks and balances
Someone who works independently and self-directed
Will report to Director of Finance

CAN WORK 100% REMOTELY- WILL NEED THIER OWN LAPTOP

Job Requirements:

Number of years of experience needed. 2y-4y
Minimum education requirement? Bs Preferred
