Job Description We are a growing construction and development company looking for a highly organized, detail-driven individual to work directly with the owner and take control of our financial and administrative operations. Key Responsibilities Manage invoicing, billing, and collections Maintain QuickBooks and job costing Assist with estimates and project tracking Support owner with scheduling, communication, and priorities Coordinate subcontractor documentation and project files Requirements QuickBooks experience (REQUIRED) Strong organization and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities Construction experience ( but not required) This is a high-impact role with direct exposure to ownership and company growth.
